Just finished a painting for Adrian WIlson, of the Arizona Cardinals. It's a Christmas gift from Karlos Dansby. It's 36"x48", acrylic on canvas. Check the video below to see how it was created...
My brother, Luke, is training boxer Jean Pascal for his WBC SUPER MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT with Carl Froch in Notttingham, England on Dec 6th. I designed some shirts for the team to train in before the fight. They are heading across the pond tomorrow to put the final touches on training before the match. You can see the fight on December 6th at 2:30 pm (my time) online at www.radio-Canada.com. Look at the sports page and watch the fight live.
Acrylic on canvas, 48"x60". This is Levi's third commissioned piece. It shows him facing some of the guys he goes against year after year in an "Oklahoma Drill". I would not want to "f" with Levi. That's for damn sure.
Ike went to Garland High School just outside of Dallas, Texas. No doubt he's the finest player to ever lace 'em up for the Owls. It's 72"x48", acrylic on canvas.
Working on some ideas for a mural on the wall of the entrance to the Scottsdale Lion's Den. We decided on a Gladiator theme with a color scheme similar to 300 and Sin City. I will add a red glow and more detail later. Click on them to see them better. Ken Shamrock (who owns the franchise) will fight Kimbo Slice October 4th. Can't wait to see them go at it. I'm pulling for The World's Most Dangerous Man in a big way.
Went by Terrell's house to go over his next painting. Gonna be an old school mafia style portrait of his family. That's his daughter, Dahni, mean-muggin the camera.
Barry played his whole career, up until this year, in Oakland and he now plays for San Fran. This painting shows him with the Raiders. This is what you call a Pancake Block. You don't want to be on the opposite end of one. The painting is 36"x48", acrylic on canvas.
This painting was commissioned by Julius Peppers. (At 6'7", 300 lbs he can dunk a basketball up to his elbow.) Anyway, this painting shows him in a cloud of smoke before being introduced on game day. You can see in his eyes he can't wait to tear shit up.
Terrell used to ball at ASU back in the day so he is highly revered around here especially. You will see him make this pose many times this season as he dumps Quarterbacks on their heads. The painting is 36"x48", acrylic on canvas.
The Grand Opening for the Lion's Den is this weekend and the finishing touches are being done. The 8'x30' banner is hung and I finished painting the lettering on the tile in the entry way. More to come this weekend...
This is for the Lion's Den MMA Academy in Scottsdale, AZ. The art will soon be printed 8 ft. tall with lettering that will stretch 30 ft wide and mounted inside the new facility. The interior is almost ready and has a full sized MMA Cage and boxing ring. Check www.lionsdenaz.com to see more. Music in the video is by Pimpadelic (Want Some Get Some). I'll post more pictures when the art is hung.
60"x36" Acrylic on Canvas Commissioned by Brady Quinn, formerly of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Dude works hard. My money is on him to be the starter this year in Cleveland.
