Just finished the second commissioned piece for Barry Sims, 49ers, 36"x48", acrylic on canvas.

Sweets is a speed coach who has worked with Barry Bonds, A Rod, you name it... He is one of the top guys in his field and he currently works at Triple Threat Performance in Tempe, AZ. This shot is from his European days as a wide receiver.

Darnell knew exactly what he wanted for this piece. He is from Atlanta so the skyline was a must. And even closer to his heart are his parents. Both passed away when he was young. So he always carries them in his heart. But when his game face is on, he can feel them watching and he proceeds to kick it up about 10 notches. He's overcome a lot to become one of the best in the game. Much respect.
